Read Magic From Spell to a Skill
Spell Casters – Those that are able to cast at least a Level
1 Spell will get +2 Pips to their Languages Skill when attempting to
Read / Write Scrolls, Runes, Spell Books, or Other Magic.
Non Spell Casters
– Characters / NPC’s that do not normally have magic spells
will get +1 Pip to their Languages Skill when attempting to Read / Write Scrolls, Runes, Spell Books, or Other Magic.
